Payment methods
All major credit cards and e-checks are accepted through Paypal, a safe, secure, low-cost way to make credit card payments online. Please note that you don't need to create a paypal account to use the paypal shopping cart service, just click on the "if you do not currently have a paypal account click here" box in the middle of the paypal prompt page once you've checked out and they'll take your credit card information for us.

Sales tax
Unfortunately, we have to charge California state residents 8.5% sales tax.

Domestic orders
For our Holiday Boutique selections, all orders will be shipped on or by Thursday, December 20th. According to the folks at the Occidental Post Office, this will insure delivery by Monday, December 24rd.

International orders
Sorry, it is impossible to fulfil any international orders by December 23rd.

FedEx overnight delivery
If you want overnight delivery, just click on the OVERNIGHT link on any product page. Orders will be shipped out the same day if received before 10AM PST. Please note that FedEx will not deliver to P.O. boxes!

Refunds and returns
We try our best to describe the products as accurately as possible and strive to make each piece the best it can be, but the handmade and limited-edition nature of our products mean that there might be slight differences.

In the end, we want you to be happy! let us know within 7 days of your purchase if you'd like to return an item, and we'll email detailed instructions. please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
